The app
When you download Kipumi from the App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add what is particular to Kipumi.
Kipumi Plus
Kipumi Plus is an optional, auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple.
If Plus ends, nothing you made is deleted. Kipumi stops letting you make new things that need Plus, and the looks and voices you chose come back when Plus does.
A helper, not a safeguard
Kipumi helps you remember and plan, and it works hard to remind you on time. It depends on your device, its settings (such as notifications and Focus) and iOS. Please do not rely on Kipumi alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medical care or emergencies. Kipumi gives no medical advice.
Your things
Everything you put into Kipumi is yours and stays on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it or erase it at any time in the app's settings.
This website
You are welcome to read, link to and share kipumi.com. Kipumi's name, character and art belong to its maker; please do not use them to suggest that something is made or endorsed by Kipumi.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
