Email supportIs Kipumi free?
Yes. Kipumi is free to download and use, with reminders, tasks, your calendar, lists and Kipumi itself. Kipumi Plus is an optional subscription for more.
When can I get it?
Kipumi comes first to iPhone (iOS 17 or later), soon on the App Store. Android, Mac, Windows and Linux are planned.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account, and everything you tell Kipumi stays on your device.
Will Kipumi nag me?
Never. Nothing is ever overdue; what you don't finish simply moves on. On its own, Kipumi brings things up a few times a day at most, and you choose how it talks to you.
Which languages does Kipumi speak?
English and Lithuanian, in the app, in its notifications and in what it understands.
My reminders don't arrive
Allow notifications for Kipumi in iOS Settings → Notifications → Kipumi, and check that a Focus isn't holding them back.
A reminder at a place doesn't come
Kipumi needs location "While Using the App": iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Kipumi.
Where is my data?
Only on your device; there is no account. In the app: Settings → Export my data, or Settings → Erase everything.
Restoring Kipumi Plus
On the Plus screen, tap "Restore purchases" with the Apple ID you bought it with.
Cancelling Kipumi Plus
Apple manages subscriptions: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kipumi.
Why is there no microphone in Lithuanian?
iOS can't turn spoken Lithuanian into text, so Kipumi uses a speech model of its own that runs on your phone. Fetch it once in Settings (about 550 MB); until then you can type. Nothing you say leaves the phone.
